I shipped a beautiful vintage SuperBee with Mercury. My representative Tracy stayed in touch and did a solid job. That is worth noting because some things did go wrong. The truck broke down and my delivery was late. Having said that, Tracy stayed in touch with both me and the driver. Based on the value of this car, I was concerned. I would most definitely would recommend Mercury Auto Transport. I have used their services twice this year moving my truck from Chicago to Florida and back. I worked with Joe Kelly on both occasions and he is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I had no problems or delays getting my truck from point A to point B.

Jim Gozde at Mercury did a great job to get my car transported in a short time frame. He made sure to keep me aware of how the process was going. There were some minor issues that were out of his control, but he did all he could to make sure they did not cause any problems. Highly recommended!
