Jim Gozde at Mercury did a great job to get my car transported in a short time frame. He made sure to keep me aware of how the process was going. There were some minor issues that were out of his control, but he did all he could to make sure they did not cause any problems. Highly recommended!

This was the first experience I had ever had needing to ship my vehicle. It was more complicated- for reasons that may have been unique to my situation and the current market conditions- than I anticipated. It did take nearly 1 month from the date I made the car available to ship to when I received it in my new city. I dealt specifically with Kandy who touched base with me nearly every day with updates on carrier status. Everything was very good.Eric La Gra setup and answered all questions.Made the shipping easy and got my car from LA to Illinois quickly.The driver Trevor was also great.Not ever done this before the transition was smooth.I would recommend all of them to anyone interested in moving anything.Great Job Guys

We shipped a car from New Mexico to Florida. Due to covid, it took a little bit of time to find a carrier. Deb Ciriello was great! She texted and emailed me daily updates and assured me that my transport would be done in the time frame I provided. After a carrier was located, the transport was done and in a very smooth and timely manner. We are happy with the experience and would use them again.
Used Mercury Auto to move my car from CO to CA. Representative Alex was great at communicating with me daily until pick up. He was able to get my car picked up at the desired time. I did have to pay a bit more, but the quote was spot on, even with the extra cost they were still cheaper than any other transporter.
