Mercury exceeded my expectations when I shipped my vehicle from coast to coast. Carlos Robles was excellent at communicating with me with emails and texts to keep me continuously updated from my initial call to the final vehicle dropoff. I would highly Mercury Auto Transport for anyone looking to ship their car especially first time car shippers like us. Jim at Mercury Auto Transport was very professional and always communicated with me through out the process of transporting my car from California to Wisconsin. If I had questions they were always addressed in a timely manner. The company they chose to pick my car up, Baumans Hotshot transport LLC was amazing as well.
