The noise level was incredibly too loud for a brand-new restaurant. I was really excited about the french fries however they appear to have been frozen coated in some odd mixture and not freshly cut. It will be a while before I return.
Disappointed Two great restaurants have previously occupied this location so I was excited to dine here. But this place looks like an upscale chain restaurant that belongs in a suburban shopping center. The menu seemed uninspired and the food was mediocre. We are frequent guests of Mesh on Mass and other Cunningham restaurants in Indiana. Like the other Cunningham establishments, the atmosphere at Mesh-Louisville is trendy and sophisticated and definitely attracts a neat, who's who crowd. Service at Mesh-Louisville was not up to Cunningham standards. The server was slow and forgetful. We had to request additional drinks and glasses of wine multiple times. The food was excellent. The food was very good but also very pricey. The service was super and the food was eclectic but very expensive. The bar was too noise for a group conversation. Next time is prefer eating in the restaurant area.
One of the loudest restaurants I've been in. Impossible to have a conversation without shouting. We will not eat there again.
Too noisy! We tried this restaurant based on a newspaper review, but our group's consensus was that it's nothing special. The food was just okay, they charge for bread(!), and the noise level made the entire experience unpleasant. Louisville has too many great restaurants to waste time on this one.
Noiseiest place in town Mesh is the noisiest restaurant I have been in, in a long time. i could barely have a conversation with my guests. The lobster bisque was exceptional. Everything else was mediocre. I can't see myself going back there, we have many options in Louisville for dining out.
Need to get team management together My experience at mesh is one typical of new restaurants: the host management was really poor. This restaurant seems too big for whoever is planning the seating and running the food.
