Disappointing for food & service. This was my second time here. It didn't measure up to the first visit. I had a reservation to celebrate my sisters birthday. We wanted to sit outside. I was told to see the hostess out there. I guess my reservation wasn't valid outside? We waited for over an hour for a table, :45 past our 8:45pm res. The bartender was completely overwhelmed. Atmosphere great. Menu selections great. Appetizers delicious. Service was terrible. Time betw apps and entrees was over 30 minutes. 2/6 entrees were not respectable, from a sub-par-reuben sandwich to-totally overcooked Shrimp & Grits. Manager apologized, comped meals and gave free dessert. Want the place to succeed but def not a good showing tonight. Disappointing. Place has alot of potential.
Mediocre food - dismal service To start positive - atmosphere was great. There was no one at the door to greet upon arrival or departure. Took over 20 minutes to get wine, 50 minutes to get salad and soup (which were good), then a bit longer to get entrees (did not check time). My husband's pork chop was ok (dry - probably from sitting under heat lamp), my tuna tartare was not good at all. For the price point, food was a major disappointment. The atmosphere has potential, but the service and cuisine were lacking. Nothing was enjoyable enough to compel us to come back.
Too SALTY The decor and service was impeccable! Unfortunately, ever course was EXTREMELY SALTY!
Excellent Food…So So Service. Menu is simple and has adequate choices but not too much to make it confusing. Food was excellent with unique offerings & great presentation. The only disappointment was the wedge salad but I'm a purest on these and theirs without any bacon is dull.
