Unfortunately, I recently joined this credit union. I found it impossible to get customer service in person and over the phone. Long holds on the phone led me to being hung up on or people who had no clue how to help me. Monies deposited via transfer from another bank account (that I own) were not available for me until 7 days after the transfer. The bank had the funds but would not provide me w/access. This was not a check! In addition, I was told that this would continue to happen to me for at least 3 months. What... read more
Absolute trash. Hold on the phone for hours just to have someone answer and say " ok let me transfer you to someone who can help you" and then the line hangs up. This has happened to be four different times. I can't wait to pay off this loan and never use this bank again.
Awesome bank if you have unlimited time and don't mind spending your morning listening to elevator music. Probably would have an easier time getting in touch with the Messiah then trying to reach a representative. Best part is when they answer an hour later they still can't help! Place sucks.
My stomach card was charged $10 00 replacement Fee for a replacement card. what a bunch of greedy bastards. Don't Bank at this institution.
The wait times for customer service using the toll-free number are extremely long. I waited over an hour to speak with someone. When I did reach a representative they were unable to answer my questions. And so I wasted an hour of my time and still, no resolution for my banking issue. In-person staff at Mass Ave location are nice and helpful.
Poor customer service on the phone. Unresponsive. People say they are going to do something or follow up and never do. Website and financial transactions online don't work well. Feels like I'm banking in the 1990s. Good rates but I'm think I made a mistake since the service is so poor.
Absolutely WORST online banking ever. Employees in person are pleasant and try to be helpful, but it's impossible to get anything done online.
Tried to get a small personal loan with This bank of 5000 dollars after being with them for over 3 years. I am pre approved I provided reference, pay stubs and proof of residence and ID they told me I was $1000 dollars off on my income and I wouldnt be approved unless I had more income. The actual number that I was off was $10000 but I didnt mention that it was my fault. But was still denied. My credit and income are very good this just seems like bad business.
They never answer the phone. You could call any time of the day, can't get anyone on the phone. The phone system keep you waiting for hours.
