Excellent in every way They have installed carpet and other floor coverings in our home and in our office. Their staff is fabulous, the choice in product really fine, and the process of having the installation done is made very easy. BUT, what has kept us coming back is their pride in taking care of any issue that arises AFTER the carpet is put down. Straightforward, easy and fast. Metro Flooring did a good job. They did the work a long time ago and even though my dad was the one that hired them, the work was done in my bedroom and it still looks good. They stripped the old floors down and put in a new carpet. We were all satisfied with the work back then and still now. The whole thing was pretty straight forward, easy and fast.

Neat, clean, on time, quality work We have purchased from Metro Flooring about 6 months ago, which was the second time we used their services. Happy with Everything The salesman who helped me at Metro Flooring was outstanding. He took the time to help us and brought templates over. He made sure to discuss our needs and made recommendations both on color type of carpet and pad. The installation went quickly and within the amount of time that they stated that it would take.

They did a great job but the scheduling was a bit off...... This was the first time we used Metro Flooring and we were completely remodeling our upstairs area. We had scheduled them several months in advance because we had several companies doing several projects for us, but we needed the carpeting installed first. They were late getting to us because of another job they were finishing up, and so that put them behind on our job. They were excellent! We used Metro Flooring for the flooring of the whole downstairs, essentially. I like the flooring we purchased and I'm very happy with it. We bought porcelain tile, which looks good and there have been no problems with it. We feel that the prices that we had to pay were a little bit higher than some of the other bids we got, but we are happy with them because of the product and because of the installation, which went very well.
