Great customer service! I've already recommended Metro Flooring to my friends. We needed new carpeting for our upstairs and our living room. When we went to Metro Flooring, the person who helped us at the store was patient and went through a lot of options. After we made our choices, Metro Flooring was quick to schedule the installation. A great customer experience! We've used Metro Flooring twice. They've given us the most choices and the best deals. Installations have always gone smoothly. Everything looks good. Over time, we have redone the whole house, twenty-eight thousand square feet, using Metro Flooring with a combination of both carpeting and other types of flooring. I recommend them all the time. Five stars.

They've done a lot of work for us and each time it's a joy! We love what Metro Flooring has done for us. They have put carpeting throughout the entire house. When we had water issues in the back half of the house, they installed new carpeting there. Then we had water damage in the kitchen and had to redo it. Very good! Metro Flooring did some work for us about two years ago. They were prompt. They got done on time. There weren't any delays. Everything was done exactly on the date promised and the quality is very good. I recommend Metro Flooring.

Good company to work with! I've used Metro Flooring twice in our two houses. In one house they put in carpeting. In the other house, they put in hardwood floors. They were good to work with. Five stars for Metro Flooring.

I have to call them back for a repair! When Metro Flooring installed the wood floor for me, it looked okay. Now, the edges of the floor have curled up and I need to call Metro Flooring back to fix them. That's why I might not recommend Metro Flooring. But, we'll see how they react to my call.
