Mediocre I purchased laminate flooring from Metro Flooring, and I asked them to install it for me. The saleswoman was very good. Once I had paid for everything, I asked for an itemized bill, and there was not a lot of transparency there. I also had problems with the installation. The whole process was so easy! I heard the Metro Flooring jingle on TV, so when I decided to re-floor my house, I called them. They installed luxury vinyl plank throughout my entire home. Their installation crew was very knowledgeable, and very friendly. They did a great job for me, and the whole process was so easy!

I had to negotiate a decent price with the owner I bought carpeting from Metro Flooring, and I had it installed. I asked their repairman to fix the creaks in the floor. Not only did they not fix them, they made them worse. I was not satisfied with that. I also felt that the price was unnecessarily high, and I had to negotiate a decent price with the owner.
The people were fine, but the product was not. It scratches very easily. I went to many different places looking for just the right laminate flooring. I found the color and the style that I wanted at Metro Flooring. The people there were nice, friendly and helpful, but I am not happy with the flooring product itself. It is waterproof, but it is not very durable, and it scratches easily. I have dogs, cats, and kids, so the flooring is very high maintenance. I even have to put booties on the furniture legs. A very pleasant experience! I went to Metro Flooring to get some laminate flooring, and the sales lady there was very helpful and very nice! She helped me pick out what I wanted, and I could call her anytime with a question. She was delightful, and easy to work with! The installation crew did a terrific job too! They were professional, clean, nice and efficient! I could not have been happier with the job they did!
Fantastic! Metro Flooring has floored every square inch of my house for me, and they have also floored a rental property. They carpeted the bedrooms, and they put vinyl plank on the rest of the flooring. They are very easy people to work with.
