Metro did what they said they would do and they did a good job! I've used Metro Flooring for years as a property manager, and have had them do multiple flooring jobs. They always do what they say they are going to do. I will continue using them.
Very nice and helpful people! Metro Flooring recently installed carpeting for us, and they did a very nice job! We were just walking by their store when we discovered them. They were professional people, and they showed up on time for the work. We also found them to be very helpful!
Great company, and very easy to work with! I was very impressed with Metro Flooring! They installed both carpeting and laminate flooring for me. The man who did the installation work was fantastic! He showed up on time each day, and he worked very quickly. And, I could not have been happier with the quality of his work!
Overall, very satisfied! Metro Flooring installed vinyl laminate flooring for us! We were very happy with the sales staff, and maybe just a little less happy with the installation side of things. The installation crew was on time each day, and very professional. But I think maybe the job should have been scheduled for more than two days, or more crew should have been assigned, because the job ran late on the second day. But overall, we were very satisfied, and they got done what we wanted to be done!

Reliable and honest business! They care about the service they provide! This was a three-week project done by Metro Flooring. They jackhammered out a massive amount of tile and replaced the entire house with wood floors. I'm a repeat customer and they've worked on a dozen of my investment properties over the last ten or fifteen years. Out of all the contractors I've used, Metro Flooring has communicated well, given me great recommendations, and followed through. I couldn't have asked for more.
Mediocre I purchased laminate flooring from Metro Flooring, and I asked them to install it for me. The saleswoman was very good. Once I had paid for everything, I asked for an itemized bill, and there was not a lot of transparency there. I also had problems with the installation. The young men who did the work were very nice, but less than professional. The leader of the crew was only 19 years old. The whole process was so easy! I heard the Metro Flooring jingle on TV, so when I decided to re-floor my house, I called them. They installed luxury vinyl plank throughout my entire home.
