Happy enough to do it again... We came for a bday celebration for my fiance... Its perfectly located near shopping, food, and the beach... i wish i could find the paper with the young lady who checked us in friday at 1pm (aka owner go look at the schedule) but she was EXCELLENT... we got there and couldnt get into our room since it wasnt ready yet but she was so welcoming it didnt matter ... she held our bags in the back and tagged them so they could be tracked ... we went and shopped a bit and came back at 3 and she got us ... read more

The best part about this place is the location. Otherwise, it was not what we expected. The courtyard is nice but it might as well not be there. The pool is not a pool. The staff was very friendly however there were instances that we were forgotten about and required us to remind the front desk multiple times to have our bed made, toiletries replenished, towels replaced, etc...
The customer service of both the secretary and owner were exceptional! They offered me a larger room than what was previously booked! They are very friendly and allow for additional services. The terrace was well equipped and routinely cleaned. it was a great experience and I am definitely going to stay here again. Staff and cleaners were awesome.
