I love the lounge area in the back also the fact that it’s right on the strip and very close to the shopping area
The location was perfect. The staff were very nice. The room was nice and clean. Great service at the front desk. The room was great. Had a stove, fridge and microwave. It was basically like an apartment. Very quiet also.
Room , location . All was simply great, also Becky at the front desk was pleasant and very informative on any questions I had .
Purpose served Staff was friendly when spoken to in person, however over the phone they were very short with you. Later we discovered this was because front desk staff was usually one person who was also juggling other duties. They didn't have our room ready when we arrived (early) so we were fine to wait around and they held our luggage for us. We called before returning at 3pm and they said our room wasn't ready and didn't know when it would be. We called again at 3pm and had to sit on hold for quite some time before we w... read more
WIFI was not working in the room. The hotel is really nice and clean.
One of the best stays I ever had! Melissa the Assistant Manager from check in to check out made us feel like royalty...Amazing Place a block from beach with Free Airport Shuttle and a Happy hour to boot every night from 7pm to 8pm..Great clean beautiful room..
Well we expect the pool would be bigger, being the hotel was only a block away from south beach that made up for the kiddie sized pool. Other than that, the service was excellent, our suite was beautiful & the bed extremely comfortable
