Hello. I ordered a bowl for delivery today (10/24/21) from The short Pump location in VA. I love Mezeh and never have any problems from other stores but delivery and food from this location is always on and off. My bowl today was half filled....
Hi! First of all, we love Mezeh! We eat here very frequently, and we really enjoy the food and service. I am a Mezeh advocate, and I am always telling people to go there and try it, especially the caramelized eggplant! Today when I ordered my bowl, I was disappointed to see my beloved eggplant looked very different. Instead of thin slices, it was in chunks. The taste and texture is very different. Please don’t mess with a good thing! I would love for you to bring the original caramelized eggplant back! Thank you!
There were missing items from my order last night. I always order my bowl with no protein and get roasted eggplant. The eggplant was completely missing from my bowl. There was also no pita bread for either of the bowls.
Forgot my dessert and the pita!

Disappointed that neither dish had the double order of caramelized eggplant that had been requested. Both were too heavy on brown rice and should have had more spinach. If eggplant was unavailable, we should have been told at pickup. Also, a tzatziki sauce was missing from the order, too.
Fantastic food - I recommend Mezeh constantly. My favorite lunch place of all time! Super kind staff - consistently awesome!
