We ordered a pita pocket and the pocket was undercooked. It had a lot of dough in the middle.
I ordered just under $50 of food tonight and SEVERAL things were not included in the order. I contacted the store and was told I could be refunded for certain things, though the last I spoke with sounded confused by the entire conversation. Missing from our order was roasted eggplant and feta cheese on one of the bowls, as well as an extra order of pita bread, a side of tzaziki sauce, and our drinks. That is completely unacceptable. My husband and I got food last night at this location the food didn't taste right. It was extremely off tasted as if everything was spoiled. We got 2 steak bowls with extra steak. After throwing up and going to the toilet multiple times and still having stomach problems

I am writing because I placed an order online around lunchtime on 11/9/2020 for a carry out order and was given the wrong order. On the outside of my bag was a ticket with the correct order with my name on it. However inside my bag I found a different ticket and I had actually been given the order that matched the ticket inside the bag. It was underneath the bowl so I did not see the ticket until after I had begun eating the bowl. I placed an order on the app, arrived on time and waited for 30 minutes beyond the time it said to arrive. When I asked when it will be ready the cashier responded “it hasn’t been made yet.” After 15 minutes of waiting I asked to speak to a manager who was nowhere to be found.
