Hello I was told to email you regarding an issue I had. I got a bowl in September 21. And when I got home to eat it. It was extremely sour and super salty. It was unbearable.
WOne of my meditteranean pizzas was burnt to the point it could not be enjoyed. Everything else was great.
Hello - I sadly cut my gum on this very sharp piece of plastic that was in the bowl I ordered. Please be aware that something foreign has made its way into the food you are serving. I will still return to this store because I enjoy the food but this was a bummer. Thank you and have a nice day.
I’ve ordered many times from this location and always had a good experience until this time. It was the first time I had to weigh what I got. The weights of greens and beef were way off.
Greetings, I am a long time Mezeh customer and usually enjoy a bowl weekly or more often. I wanted to touch base about my order that I placed for takeout yesterday 7/28/21. I ordered 2 kids bowls, one of which was a lamb Kefta. We found a dark hair in the lamb kefka which lead us to dispose of the entire bowl. Is there something that can be done to make this right?
Brown rice in all 3 dishes was not fully cooked. It was actually crunchy.
Purchased a grain bowl today at the short pump Mezeh location. The white rice was so salty that I ended up throwing out everything and just had the falafel. Also, the caramelized eggplant didn’t appear to cook well. We had picked up couple of bowls a few weeks back and they were good but today’s wasn’t. I had recently ordered my food from mezeh and the order was not correct.I had ordered 2 bowls with chicken instead i got the one with falafels in it and the quantity was too less compared to usual bowl.
First, I would like to say that we love Mezeh. We eat there all the time, and often get family packs. We usually have a good experience. The food was ready on time, which I appreciated. I picked up the 2 family packs, and drove about an hour away to a church leadership retreat. When dinner time came, I found a few issues. One of the toppings we selected was pita croutons, and it was barely filled halfway in the container. Very disappointing!
