Hi, I just came for lunch. It was delicious and fresh as always but they were out of several items I love. If I had known, I would have skipped it and come back another day. I was disappointed since they were my favorites, and wanted to suggest posting on the glass shield what items you are out of so that people have a heads up before ordering. I want to like the food. It's near my house. But it isn't good. The vegetables are warm but raw. Cook your vegetables. No one wants uncooked sautéed vegetables. Carrots take time to cook. The broccoli & squash taste like aftershave. Stop marinating it in whatever that is.
I really enjoy Mezeh. I eat at your Charlotte Strawberry Hill location quite often, but I have to say I’m disappointed in the on time performance. I order online and it seems like most of the time, when I show up and my order is supposed to be ready, they haven’t even started making it. I hope this is fixed so I can continue going here.

This is one of our favorite Charlotte fresh-Mediterranean eateries. Everything here is prepared perfectly, tastes delicious, and has very personable associates. The manager or perhaps owner – the gentleman who is there almost all of the time is on- point! He maintains a wonderful restaurant.

Make a long story short, your store manager Mr. Thomas did an excellent job taking care of us this past Sunday. The bottom line, he made sure we were taken care of and want you to know that people like this are hard to fine. Mr. Thomas is the real deal and wanted to make you aware.
