My deepest apologies for this note however it’s difficult to contain such dissatisfaction. So several times we have had a very disappointing server and meal. Today it was one girl and an empty restaurant, left over chicken, steak shawarma and visibly Very hard rice. I placed an online order tonight at Mezeh in Charlotte, NC. My order was incorrect and contained an ingredient that I could not eat due to a food sensitivity. I called the local Mezeh and spoke with the manager, Santiago, who said he could not refund me my purchase, but you all could.
Usually, I don't do this, but I felt it necessary to inform you about my recent experience at the Charlotte-Strawberry hill location. I visited the location at around 8:36pm on December 11 and had plans to buy 3 bowls for take-out. I saw few customers dining inside and waited in line to be attended as no one's was at the counter. I picked up two bowls this evening and was very disappointed. Not only were they out of some ingredients but when we got home to eat, I found a hair wrapped in the cabbage. The cabbage literally was hanging off hair. We were told to notify you by the manager after I called to complain and ask for a refund. He offered us two complimentary bowls but we do not wish to eat their again and would just like our money refunded. Sadly I can’t share the video of the cabbage swinging from the hair. Today, I ordered directly on your website a meal and paid for extra dollars for tip. The total was $25.45. The order was supposed to be ready at 12:04. At 12:15, I came in and inquired about the order. They said it was almost ready. At 12:25, I inquired again and they then said they never got my order. they would not refund my money nor give me a gift card.
