I can only imagine that you are understaffed. There was only one person working the front line when I went in and obviously this is not enough. She can’t possibly do everything. Trash needed to be taken out, empty bowls and cups were stacked up where the trash was because there wasn’t any room! This is the second time recently that I have visited your location in Strawberry Hill (Charlotte) and the restaurant does not have any caramelized eggplant ready. It’s extremely frustrating to drive 20 minutes to the closest location only to be disappointed by mismanaged inventory levels. Today I visited mid-day! After a recommendation from a coworker, I decided to try Mezeh yesterday. I downloaded the app and placed a pickup order during my lunch break. Once inside, I saw the mobile pickup area and waited for my food. As time went by and my pickup time had passed, I continued to wait patiently. I just received a delivery order from the Strawberry Hill-Charlotte location with missing and incorrectly prepared items. We ordered a Lifestyle Bowl + Drink, and did not receive the drink. The other order was a custom bowl and it was missing several ingredients. We have been to/ordered from this location three times, and twice now we have had issues with missing or unavailable items.

I placed an order online at the Strawberry Hill location for Grab & Go. When I arrived at my office and opened the bag...it was not the correct order (There was chicken, but all rice, no hummus, etc)

We have become loyal customers of your restaurant and absolutely love your food and the value. However for our dinner this evening all three family members bit down hard on some black olive pits that were left in the black olives. Hoping this feedback gets back to the store manager to ensure doesn’t happen again. Would hate to lose a crown over black olive!

Hi, we are frequent customers to the Strawberry Hill location. We ordered our usual orders for pick up but when we got home we noticed that the receipt on the bag had our correct orders however the bowls inside the bag were completely wrong and not ours. We’re thinking it was somehow switched with another to-go order.
