All five of our entrees were missing hummus!
I’m very frustrated with the customer service at the Strawberry Hills location in Charlotte, NC. I got an email that teachers and students got a discount ($5 bowls) Friday at all locations. It’s the only reason I went. No one at the store knew about it or knew how to ring it up, and so they just said sorry and charged me full price without offering me any other option. Your Mezeh - Strawberry Hill order # 3b506534 This evening I placed an order for 4 create your own bowls. I picked them up and took them home. All 4 of us ordered roasted vegetables in our bowls and all 4 of us said it tasted like mold. The broccoli and asparagus were discolored. Never have carmalized eggplant. Third visit and it is not available Also, chicken swarma lacks seasoning. Very disappointing.

I’m growing increasingly frustrated with your online ordering. My meal is never ready when it should be and often times, they haven’t even started the meal when I arrive even though the restaurant is empty. Today it said 1:17. I got here at 1:23. Hi, I had a coworker going here to place an order for herself for lunch so I placed an online order for her to pickup for me while she was there. The order was supposed to be ready at 12:03 and she called at 12:17 saying my order wasn’t ready (this is the second time this has happened by the way, however, I’m not writing about the wait). Our order had no sauces in the bag or mixed in the bowls when we got home. Very disappointed with this experience
I just picked up my order and I asked for a chicken schwarma bowl but there was no chicken in my order. Its one thing to not put tomatoes or some topping but chicken was my main protein for the dish and it was missing. Now I'm cooking a meat to put in my bowl which was what I wanted to avoid entirely. I've had small issues in the past but this one is the most frustrating
