good features, excellent support I bought it because it had the feature set i needed, and that it didn't require OEM ink. Other ink has worked fine. Rarely jams. When I have had problems, the people I have dealt with in the Dominican Republic have been topnotch, really stellar. I wish I could give them all a raise!
Working Great Purchased this printer in November 2018. Was easy to set up. All printing is done wireless from 3 different computers in the home. No issues so far. Can scan multiple pages with the auto feed feature which is a big improvement over my old printer. Ink useage is good as advertised. If could would rate it 4.5.
Almost Perfect I love almost everything about this printer- I was concerned about the print quality, but I discovered you can adjust the quality in the features, documents print crisp and clear. I use this printer for my home and small business needs and it is user friendly and easy to navigate the features, The only thing I would change is the inability to scan and print 2-sided from the top of the printer.
Great functionality From the very first prints of letters,pictures and scans the results exceed expectations. It is the best experience with this kind of machine I have had.

Printer that has it All! A printer with a lot of features of which I have not used them all. I did have a bit of difficulty getting the auto duplex printing working. Had to be set in the Windows printer driver area by selecting the Brother driver from a generic one. After I got it set it worked GREAT. I am looking forward to using it all the time. The original set up was quick and easy. I am using the printer over WI-FI and have not had any issues. I recommend this printer.
Great printer I was looking for a printer that works over WiFi so I could print from my phone and my son could print from his tablet. It’s great. And prints faster and is quieter than I expected.

It was easy to set up with the on line instructions, and has been a quality piece of my office equipment ever since. It is very efficient with the use of ink, and prints fast with good quality.
Almost everything I need Really like the ink capacity and the multiple paper paths. I'm able to print labels from the rear feed (one of my must haves), BUT the weight limit on heavy papers through the rear feed means I can't print the inside of my photo greeting cards.
