Somewhat Disappointed So far I am a little disappointed with the printer. The software seems to be glitchy especially when trying to get the printer to pick paper from a specific tray. When specifying a particular tray from the computer Pinter settings it will not obey the commands. I called the customer help line but received little satisfaction as the person seemed to know very little about this printer. Also was told that this machine was not made to use labels in it. Easy to use, not finicky, good features, sturdy This is a great printer for a very small office or a consultant who does a lot of documentation. It has a good manual feed tray that holds multiple sheets for 11x17 paper, envelopes, and labels. I originally got a lower model of Brother printer, but exchanged for this one for the paper capacity, ease of loading paper, etc. Has actual buttons for the fax.

many features PC-Fax feature disconnects alot. Could be more user friendly. Customer service is fine, but I feel I need to contact Customer Service to figure out how to change a setting.

Easiest Printer Ever I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. Setting up this printer was a breeze the instructions were easy to follow allowing for easy setup the only step i found difficult was inserting the ink. I did have to google a video for installing the ink and I was not able to find the storage for the orange piece inside the ink compartment. MY 1ST BROTHER PRINTER.....AWESOME! I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. Set up was a breeze. It was quiet and easy to use. I am a small business owner and this does the trick. Wireless is an important feature for me and the Brother set was quick and easy. It met my expectations. The XL came with LOTS of extra ink so I think we will be good for a while! I really like this printer!
