A Welcome Addition to My Office I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. Easy to use I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. The printer was very easy to set up overall. The most challenging aspect was setting up the wireless access both on my phone and through a laptop. The wireless feature is great. The printing speed is good as well as the overall quality. I am very satisfied with this printer. It`s a big improvement over my older printer.
Very good printer. Overall a very good machine except for a couple of minor things. First, the printer keeps going offline. Second, it doesn't always print when I hit the print button. I have to go to the printer and press the "restart printing" message on the printer screen.
Better than I expected!! I purchased this printer due to my experience in the past with brother equipment. Being in the military I saw many brother products, especially printers and I have always taken notice of how well they survived even the abuse of soldiers. lol. I knew that if I wanted a printer that would last and produce an excellent product I had to go with Brother. I did spend more than I usually do for a home computer, but my wife and I are glad I did.
Not an "Outstanding" Printer The printer has a lot of quirky thing about it. The Automatic Document Feed is very fussy, doesn't always work well. The print quality (graphics) are not as good as other HP Printers I have owned. The individual paper feed jams often.
This is a great printer This is a great printer. I prefer to use it in the quiet mode, otherwise it can be noisy. It is faster than the printer it replaced. I like the file feed capability and the wireless printing and scanning.
Flawless!. Works great - prints flawlessly. Start up was easy - no problems!
Easy access to all areas I love my printer but I wish a pamphlet came so I could do envelopes and labels. Can you direct me so that I can get a booklet on how I can achieve this goal.
Great, a couple little flaws i can live w/ FAST!! sips ink! flaws: top document feeder very fussy about how you insert the pages-- have to get documents in perfectly or they curl and jam; however machine designed to get paper jams out easily. Spot where copies exit allows only about 8 pages to come out before they fall on the floor-- need to man; however, copies are super crisp and do not smear-- beautiful.
