not friendly I read the reviews and bought the printer. I like the functionality although it has short falls. If you have more than 5 different pages to print in the cue it gets confused and has an error. The paper tray for printed jobs is awkward and drops papers on the floor. You have to baby sit this machine to get the job done.
Definitely not designed for small office We have had trouble keeping this printer connected to our network. I have sent this printer up to scan in to individual computers in the office. Right now the only way I can get a document scanned is the email it to myself.
VERY SLOW PRINTING very slow to print, even though USB cable connected. very frustrating to use. owner will be returning the machine. not reliable for business purposes
Multi Page Color Printing is Horrible Too long to print..approx 30 minutes for 14 color ledger size papers. Color is speckled. Often grabs multiple pages at once.
Good MFC but problems with wireless I bought this to replace the older model Brother MFC-240C. The MFC-J6535DW is much bigger and heavier and is supposed to be wireless. The wireless function only worked for a week and then never worked again.I had to resort to a cable. It does do a good job of printing, copying and scanning.It did have a glitch for several day where it would print a reduced size sideways copy. It did not do this at first. Terrible for multi user or low tech environment I am very disappointed with this printer. It falls asleep and loses the wifi connection and cannot seem to wake itself up. If you turn off the printer and turn it back on again all is OK. Who wants to be doing this every few hours when the printer is in another location. The only good thing about this printer is it has great printer cartridges which print an amazing number of pages. This printer is good for printing and copying that's all. Worst Printer I ever bought I have other Brother printers that work fine. This one was a lemon. It took all day to print 8 sheets of text. The printer would jam with every page. Clear the jam and jam again. Then I could not even open the paper tray. Took it back to Office Max after one day. Hopeless
poor technical support Called the number listed oin your web site to report a problem with this printer and got someone from India wh told me the only way to fix the printer problem was to pay them to fix my new Lenova laptop
Not recommended for multiple users This printer is good for home use where the user is pretty much right next to it. Can't double sided copy from the computer. You would have to go to the printer, load up the paper, print, and then switch paper over to print on the other side. If you print odd pages and then even pages, It will skip page numbers messing your whole work up. I wouldn't recommended again for office use or where multiple user would share the printer.
