Worst software I have had many printers over the 32 years in the business but this one rates close to the worst. All the issues seem to be with the software. When I print on both sides. for instance, with four pages, page four comes behind page one and three comes behind two. I have tried every combination on the menus and nothing changes. The default printing order is the opposite of what it should be since I don't know too many folks that want to start reading from the last page. Control Center Software does not work for scanning Printer seems good and pretty fast. Control Center Software is unusable.
too slow it takes too long to retrieve data and ppm is way to slow for a brother print total disgusted with this printer. Goes through too much ink in little time
Printing speed This printer is very slow to start printing compared to my old HP printer which is very disappointing when I bought an expensive Brother printer thinking it would at least be equal in printing speed. It seems to take a long time to process the info from my computer, before starting to print!!!!
Had to return it I thought this would be a great deal for me, but it never worked out. My office has a mix of Linux and Windows. Supposedly, there are Linux drivers available, but I was never able to find any that worked properly. So all my Linux machines were without a printer. As widespread as Linux is, Brother should devote more time and energy to developing proper Linux drivers, and a proper Linux "toolbox" of utilities, like those for Windows.
Great features but nothing but issues Such great features on this product however paper tray doesn't close and constant printing issues.
Not touched by screen I Have not enjoyed the printer so far, the touch screen is not working properly! I just have not had time to address this matter!
Very unsatisfied not happy with product Printer states speed is fast but totally the contrary. There are cheaper printers that work faster
