Overall a decent printer Printing is very good overall but there's a few quirks that I can't get past to rate this printer higher. 1. the web interface sucks, if you want to perform any utilities or configurations, you have to go through the 2" screen on the printer. HP figured this out years ago and it is sorely missed on this printer. 2. Ink jets dry out quickly. Unless this printer is excersized daily, you have to clean the jets before using, and agin, navigate through the panel and push buttons on the printer. Besides be... read more
Best printer I ever had I bought it in Jan. 2021 and am still using the same ink that came with it. I bought for $159 but now the price is over double for some reason.
Easiest printer set-up I bought this printer used for $15 lol. Came with the ink almost full. I'm using it in a brand new office trailer my company set up. I'm waiting on fiber to be installed. So right now I have the printer connected to my Verizon Mifi hotspot along with my laptop and it just plain works with out effort. Usually printers wont auto reconnect to wifi that easy. IT WORKS WELL I have wasted so much money on cheaper printers, and even more money on ink for them, Finally woke up and bought a Brother's MFC-J805DW, love it , The ink lasts so much longer, the quality of prints are so much better, So very pleased with my printer. wound recomend to anyone

Pretty reliable color printer I've used this printer for about a year, and it's the best color printer I've had. As long as I use it a few times a week (I also have a workhorse B&W laser printer), it stays ready to print with few problems. I like it better than earlier printers which required a lot of cleaning maintenance to keep the print quality acceptable. I use it for occasional photos (4x6), color letterhead, straight B&W docs, and webpage printouts. I'm pleased.
It Works The good 1. Utterly wireless set-up worked but not at all like the quick-start guide said. I had to play around in the various menu options of the printer to make it connect to my network. But once accomplished, that's worked great with never a wire connected to my PC. 2. Print quality is acceptable but not great. 3. Fantastic Product This is a fantastic product. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to with this product. Easy, easy, easy….set up, works great. Before this, bought a hp because I though I was getting a great deal. Unfortunately would never work right, most of the time telling me it had no connection with my computer, or phone…so no print.
