So far so good! 9/2020 Edited: going strong! We are in a pandemic so I am working from home, printing more often, and this is a GREAT printer, still tons of ink left, high quality printing. I highly recommend: I hated my last two printers but this is a great printer. Easy, fast, saves ink and time Very easy to use. I downloaded the IPrint and connected my phone to this printer. So easy to print now! It's all wireless and convenient. It prints beautifully and the cartridges are lasting a long time. I'm a teacher and print all the time. I've barely used any ink and have printed roughly 500 sheets already. Great printer Works better than expected and love the ink for a year benefit

Easy to setup, cheap to maintain. Great savings on ink (cartridges on my old printer expect to print ~500 pages - ink refills on this say ~3000 or ~5000 for super high capacity. I can’t say much more because it’s for my son at University, so I haven’t used it or seen it in action. Though he seems to have set it up without too much difficulty
Very quiet Easy to set up!!! However the control panel is flat and hard to see unless you at your level. Previous models have control panel tilts up.
Works as intended This is such an upgrade from that beastly Epson printer I had prior. Everything you need is in this printer: scan, fax, print. We did run into a problem with the initial set up. We have a Dell all in one computer, there’s no place to run install CD on our computer. So we had to go to Brothers site, and search for the install drivers from the site. Doing a Happy Dance... My new printer arrived yesterday and is already being used. I hesitated to order this model because of several reviews stating the installation was difficult and timely. I had no difficulty at all installing this...it took me more time to re-arrange the shelf I put it on than it did to do the install. The included DVD was easy to follow during the installation.
