This was a welcome improvement from our HP MFC printer ... This was a welcome improvement from our HP MFC printer. Setup was simple and every device in the house can print to it. A little slow perhaps but the universal printing and ink economy are well worth the trade-off in speed.

Serious Ink Savings! So it's been close to a year since I purchased this printer. I bought it as I was beginning my MSW program and would be printing a lot of journal articles and other reading material. It's used by others in the house as well. All the major functions work well as expected and the additional cloud functions are a real added value. Scanning to a searchable PDF straight to onedrive is one of my favorites. Four Stars Cannot install both wired and wireless. BUT unclear from installation guide. Wireless setup was a breeze.
... had this printer for a few months now and love it. I had an HP 3520 all in ... I've had this printer for a few months now and love it. I had an HP 3520 all in one and this Brother blows it away.
Pleasantly surprised with the bundle... Really impressed with this bundle. We'll see if it lasts over time. Needed a cost-effective multifunction that could get heavy use sporadically and then sit idle for a long time... other inkjets were always problematic in this usage model because the cartridges dried out too quickly. We'll see if these do the same or not, but function-wise and print quality-wise, I've been impressed with this so far.
Good print for a price that cannot be beat Really good printer overall. Print speed is fine which was one complaint I have seen about this model that I don't find to be an issue. Print quality is overall good, and I love the cartridge installation. Paper holder holds a generous amount of paper. I have yet to scan with this. Biggest negative is the colors are a bit washed out unless using the highest quality print. My last printer could do okay on normal paper with normal quality.
