Does not function properly I cannot get the printer to be registered it says the serial number is not accurate. I can’t get the printer to print continuously it gets stuck on receiving data mode and I have to keep restarting it so far it’s been completely worthless
Needed a new drum replacement after 6 weeks of use Don't buy this product because it is faulty. I got a replace drum error after 6 weeks of use in a small office. The toner cartridge is not cheap either. This product will cost you a fortune to run.
Buggy, very heavy, poor WIFI Scanner worked, but printing never worked, poor customer support. Wax able to connect via WIFI to scan and load to my computer but could only print once from computer. Amazon connected me with Brother customer support, after much talking the tech support could print test pages but could never to get printing from my computer. Wireless connectivity is abysmall I've had this printer now for over a year and have never been able to get it to connect to our wifi network. Garbage, garbage, garbage. Buy something else unless you are a computer technician or don't need the wifi connectivity.
Doesn't perform as promised - don't buy this if you need a simple 3 way Cant fax or scan easily. Customer service was unable to help (was on the phone with them for over an hour yesterday) Today no one answers.Wanted a fax/scanner that would be easy to use.....sorry I bought this!
Could not get it work wirelessly from iOS 10.13 & 10.14 Tried downloading the drivers and Software from Brother's website. Could not get it Wireless printing to work from Mac 10.13 and 10.14. Works fine from Windows 10, but I am sending it back because I need it for Mac.
Don't buy Works perfectly for three months and then suddenly stops.
Worst Brother Printer Owned I have owned four other Brother Laser printers and they were all terrific. Clear copies, great scan and sharp prints. This machine is not in the same ball park. It is slow, the first few copies each day have a black haze to them and it loses contact with the WIFI network. I can't wait to send it to its maker.
Piece of crap This is the wrong printer I have ever bought. I have waiting too late to return it, so not buy!! Customer service is poor and printer is unreliable
