This is the Printer You're Looking For If you want something good on toner, that does quality printing, and is fast then this is the printer for you as long as you don't need color.
Product quality we received this product we have not had it for all but 3 months. and the top cover hinge is broken on one side the the display does not function properly and we cannot fax from it, I would not recommend purchasing from this company
"New printer" with near empty toner cartridge, defective product and won't print pdfs. The printer arrived with near empty toner cartridge and those toner cartridges are expensive (and should last a year). When I set the printer up, the first thing it told me was that the toner is nearly empty. This was advertised as a new product. Newer is not sometimes better! I already have a Laser Printer HL-5470DW that is a work horse. The laser fuser went out on it after 2.5 years of major printing. I decided to invest in the MFC-L5700DW laser printer..it is not quite the work horse that the other one is. Has all the other features scan, copy, fax, etc. It paper jams frequently where the 5470 rarely jammed. The dual trays are not compatible with each other so they have to be bought separately. Two Stars great printer but the toner it came with maybe printed 20 pages than ran out? come on
VERY DISAPPOINTED, TONER SMUDGES ON PRINTED PAPERS VERY DISAPPOINTED, TONER SMUDGES ON PRINTED PAPERS, I HAVE CLEANED IT ONLY FIXES FOR SHORT TIME. WENT BACK TO BROTHER TONER CARTRIDGES DIDNT HELP. TOO MUCH MONEY FOR SUCH POOR PERFORMANCE.
Disappointed. Can’t get it to show up on the home WiFi. I’ve read the very limited directions. And I’ve done this with a dozen other printers over the years ... including other Brother models. Disappointed.
