Customer service was amazing! An extremely nice experience. We had to exchange our new machine with another one and the customer service rep. took care of the exchange quickly.
OK, but not as good as other Brother printers. The machine prints OK, but often it produces wrinkled paper. We have tried to trouble shoot with Brother support but the problem continues to plague us. It also is slower than other less expensive Brother printers we have had in the past.

Good luck getting support. I hooked this 6900 up wireless at my winter home so I could work remotely and it worked great, could fax, could scan, could print from all my computers, pads, & phones without a hitch. Then I could only print and could no longer scan so I did all the troubleshooting and could not get it to go. I finally had to plug it in using the usb and now it faxes, prints from my main computer, and scans but can no longer use it wireless. Very disappointing and could not call anyone to get support. Truly a a workhorse and very fast! I have owned every type of printer and this one is truly the easiest and best I have had to work with. I get no complaints from the staff which makes my life easier!
Top Quality Excellect build quality. Fast Printing, Scanning and Copying. Great quality printing scanning and copying. Paper feeder works great. Scanning from the paper feeder a large number of pages sometimes skews the page. Using VueScan Professional skew fix checkbox option seems to resolve that small problem. The software that comes with it is not that great, just get yourself a copy of VueScan for scanning and scanning large documents from the paper feeder.
