Great for faxes Its a good fax for high volume faxes. Great for a busy office
Great when it works The first one we got was a bit of a lemon and finally got so bad we had to exchange it. The refurbished one they sent us seems to be working very well now. When it works its very fast and prints very good quality. We are a busy office but not super high volume so it should suite our needs well. Hopefully this new one will hold up better. If it does I would give this product 5 stars.
Professional Grade Machine This is a great all in one machine to keep by my desk. It has a heavy duty feel to it and one can tell that it is a professional quality machine. It is very easy to use and does all of the functions with speed.

Wonderful This Brother Printer is just wonderful. This is my 4th Brother Printer. I still have Brother Printers 2 & 3 but they are simply old. Brother Printer 2 has about 105,000 copies on it. It still works but the copies are just not as clean or crisp; basically 100,000 copies is enough for MFC8810dw.
Great Features This unit performs at the level of a high end floor model business unit. For the price of this unit and the productivity output, this is an awesome unit. Great job Brothers.
top performer Wonderful machine, does everything well. had to search high and low to get it but worth it.
After 1 months Performing great. Purchased to replace large copier doing 25,000 copies per month, currently planning to have 3 of these units. Our current unit print count is 5,300 . No problems and very easy to configue and route scans to computers on our network.
