Lines in the Printouts - Worse Customer Care From day one this printer is printing vertical lines with the printing. I thought it would go off over the time as the printed is new, But It got worse and when I contacted customer care they said it's out of 90 days window and they cannot do anything. Worse customer care. I do not recommend buying this product.

OWNER Great looking machine, I own a small insurance agency and tax prepation business, my good experience with the MFc-8440 made me to convert to all brother office equipments (Fax, printers, & Scanner). I purchased the MFC-L6900DW in late in 2017, it is fast, the print quality is good but it started to cruple and crease the papers, it gets worse when I print double sided. so so This copier was purchased for a small office copies. Unfortunately, we had to have it replaced after 6 months because it kept having streaks on the copies. We really wanted a very reliable product and not sure if this is going to make the grade.
Great mechanics, horrible software implementation. Works no problems, though getting very annoying messages all the time "Receiving Error"
Great machine, short lifespan I purchased 4/2016, had replaced 10/2016. Machine was creasing paper. Now 5/2017 and replacement machine doing the same thing. Not sure if there is a defect in the product or what. Definetly should last more than 6 mos and 15k pages! Have always used and loved Brother products. Am probably going to look for another brand.
