Excellent customer service and excellent product my second Brother Printer. When I need help, I can get an actual human on the phone who actually knows what they are doing and can actually fix my problem (which is usually just a setup or wireless connection problem, and mostly because i'm not tech savvy enough to figure out on my own). Excellent customer service and excellent product.
It has held up beautifully over five or six years (probably longer) of steady ... Superb, solid, well designed mid-priced printer. It has held up beautifully over five or six years (probably longer) of steady moderate use. Easy to use, practical, functional. It was a great, inexpensive purchase, and I have never regretted buying it (except possibly for the cost of the toner). The software control center is somewhat clumsy, but it is does the job. The printer has made me dedicated fan of Brother products.

Excellent in every way! Excellent machine. I have used several of these over the years between work and home and they all work great, with hardly any problems. Rarely ever a paper jam.
Not sure I'd buy again. Print quality is great. Lots of functions. Main complaint is that it goes offline from the network often and takes a whole set-up process to get it back online so I can find it on my laptop (using MacBook Air & wifi).
