Really great printer. The only problem we have is that ... Really great printer. The only problem we have is that it has to be reset every morning because it acts like the wifi is not connected when it is. But on doing research that is a Windows problem not a printer problem. Easy fix - Just turn it off and on when you get in to the office in the morning!

This newer version printer is easy to use with its color screen Reliable. This newer version printer is easy to use with its color screen. Love its "scan to FTP" feature. It works very well with my QNAP NAS. The scanned document can go directly to the network storage, and I can use the mobile app to browse, retrieve & search the stored file on my private cloud anytime anywhere.
