Great Printer For Offices This was exactly what we were looking for. I can't really say much about it, because it basically just does what it says it will do. No nonsense and easy to setup and use.

Excellent Printer/Copier/Scanner I purchased this printer for work and it's a solid machine. It has all of the features I need with a fairly small footprint. I make a lot of copies and am happy to have a machine at my desk that does everything except fax. I was pleased I could buy a machine without the fax feature since I don't want to be the new fax station.... LCD failed under warranty The printer worked great until the LCD touchscreen failed. Blank display and no touch input possible. The good news is that it failed with one month left on the year warranty. Warranty replacement was straightforward and prompt - after 50 minutes on the phone with Brother support. Except for the LCD failure, it's a great printer - excellent features. So, -2 stars for the LCD failure and +1 star for the warranty process.
Very Good So far this has been a great multi use printer.
Works great Works pretty good so far. Occasionally loses the wireless connection and I have to reset to, maybe 5 times in 4 months. But other than that it is reliable and makes very good copies and printouts even after it hasn't been used for a long time, like a week or two. Also has an easy-to-use scan-to-email feature. Over all a very good printer. Def 5 stars if it didn't lose the wireless connection every now and then.
