However I needed to call Brother customer service to get it to be compatible with Windows 10. They were very helpful and responsive and within 20 minutes they got it up and running for Windows 10.

Excellent value for a fast duplex printer Replacing an older model brother as it wasn't wireless and I never got the scanner to network. This model is excellent. The printer networks easily, important for a family with five computers. The scanner set up beautifully. The duplex printing function was primary to our purchase decision and it works great. The copy function will save formats and I do a lot of 2 in 1 copies to save paper. It did have a bit of an ink smell for the first few days but that has dissipated at this time
Great multifunction laser printer No issues so far, keep ignoring all the low toner warnings for the past few hundreds of pages (old habit from work). My 80 years old parents can use it just fine. Features we like are: - wireless printing - cloud printing - multi-function features (scanner, copier) Features we don't care about: fax, on-line applications Features we dislike: none
Five Stars Great for the price !
Good functional printer for home office Good functional printer for home office. Clean copies - fast production. Warms up quickly and exceptionally quiet in standby mode. Significantly louder than my prior Brother 7420 while printing.
loving my self feeding scanner :) works great for the price!!
WiFi issues, but otherwise decent printer. Works great when it manages to stay on the network. We have lots of WiFi issues with this printer, where the computers seem to be unable to locate the printer. The printer will usually say it's connected, but then we are forced to play games of hardcoding the Printer's IP Address on to our Macs so that it will recognize it. Other than that, it's an OK printer. If you don't plan on using it wirelessly, and get it at a good price, go for it.
