great priner really great printer... just cant get the scan directly to my mail client to work ... I use mazzola thunderbird..
I need it to last at least 3 years. I bought this on April 5, 2015. I need it to last at least 3 years. So far it has met my needs.
Recommended by my son Does it all, except color, which I hardly ever need - that can be farmed out. Reliable, fast, xlnt printed appearance, no wires or cables. Recommended by my son, who has had one cranking away every day for years in his office. Bought another one for the grandson to take to college.

... long time before making this purchase and I am glad I did I searched for a long time before making this purchase and I am glad I did. I love this printer. It was easy to set up, even using Wi-Fi connection. I set it up on two different laptops. It prints so quickly. It's not loud either. The quality is good too. Now I don't have to worry about changing dried out ink jet cartridges all the time. I would recommend this.
Will never do ink jet again! Just change from a color ink jet to this unit. It is the difference between night and day. Copies including scans are quick . A little tricky to work the buttons, but I am a "techno boob"

good. However In general, good. However, the control of scanning or email could not be controlled by the printer itself instead by PC. The lid cover is heavy and suddenly to hit the copy glass plane when closed, which is a poor design. I am afraid of it being breakdown whenever it is open and close on the lid.
Great printer I really like Brother products. This is the workhorse in my home office.
