I paid for climate controlled storage being told that this would be the best for pest controlled storage. Needless to say, my personal belongings were destroyed by mice. Not good!😤I filed a complaint since I had insurance; however, I never received call back and attempted to reach out to MiBox a couple times with no returned calls. Don't waste your money on controlled climate storage.

Diane, I personally spoke with you on the phone, so I am not sure why you are saying you didn't speak with anyone. I am a bit confused by that comment. I also pulled up two other records calls of you speaking with the Operations Department back in September 2022 when you were completed with your rental. Terrible experience! Having a storage box is a great way to go. However, this company let us down in a big way. First, we paid an extra $75 to make sure it was picked up between 7:00-9:00 am. They “forgot” to pick it up! I called the company, my husband called and my realtor called them. Every time a manager was going to call us back. NEVER CALLED ANY IF US BACK. Just want to say Thankyou to your driver Sandra M Hand for hitting and dragging my car 50’, and spinning me into a sewer drain, and totaling my car, I’m glad my 4 year old son wasn’t in the car at the time of the accident, because the way she hit me was intentional, please take responsibility for your driver!! I will continue to report you on every website possible until you take blame for your drivers accident!! I’m a single dad without a car now!!

The whole experience with Mi-Box was perfect- the delivery man put the box exactly where I wanted it, the box was sturdy and dry inside, they picked up at exactly the right time to deliver out of state to get it to us, and the lady who delivered it put it down very gently, so that nothing inside was damaged. I am totally satisfied with all my dealings with the Mi-Box staff, they were helpful and professional. I recommend them highly

My box was awesome to work with. Great customer service. Eva was super helpful and friendly when she dropped our boxes off. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable and flexible. We can’t recommend them enough for storage when moving!

Contracted them to store my furniture and had College Bound movers load and unload. Lots of damaged furniture-scratches to Ethan Allen and Thomasville furniture and an expensive curio with curved glass-THEY CLAIMED NO RESPONSIBILITY and still billed me for full month of storage for only a couple of days. Will NEVER use them again !
