Had a container delivered and we could not have asked for better service. The driver (Ken) was amazing and went above and beyond. He was absolutely amazing and did everything he could to make sure the container was placed exactly where we wanted it and made sure it was safely secured and level. He made sure that if the kids happened to go near it nothing bad could happen such as the container shifting.
Mi-Box is the best storage container company out there! From the day we ordered the box everything went smoothly. Crystal was extremely helpful and made sure we got the best pricing and delivery time. She accommodated our every need. Compared to the other storage companies around Mi-box blows them out of the water with the BEST prices and most helpful customer service! I HIGHLY recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

Great service from beginning to end. Robin and Rico were easy to work with and available 7 days a week. Delivery and pick up of boxes(2) went smoothly, their driver was very accommodating in placing the boxes just where needed. I also used the indoor storage option which I feel is the way to go during the unpredictable winter months. Highly recommend using Mi-Box New England.
