Their driver Ken came to drop off our box — very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience! Would highly recommend!
Kelly was Verizon professional, smart.
Pick ups and drop offs went really well, on time and quick. No items were broken in transport. Overall it was an expensive process and mice got into a some of our boxes ☹
Small issue with first box which was resolved promptly. On the second box with one relocated and picked up. Have had John twice as a driver. Very personable....good guy.
