RecommendedGreat experience with MI-BOX! We rented one while having our hardwood floors refinished. The employees were friendly, the box was clean and delivery/pickup went smooth. We even had to extend the rental a few more days and it was no problem.

Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and pleasant. Having the Container dropped off when they said it would be, was very pleasant. Being able to load it at my convenience was fantastic. They were very accomodating picking up the box and moving it to my new home. The instructions I gave them about where to put it were followed precisely. My wife and I ordered a mi-box to move into our first house. The beginning of the process was great starting off with Dana. He was knowledgeable about the product and prices, and was punctual with emails and phone calls. When it was time for delivery we dealt with ken. His customer service was refreshing, he called to confirm placement of the container, he shimmed the container, and called back to let us know everything was ready to go.
