The service department is lacking in customer service. It took over four hours to install a tailgate button assembly. No offers for rentals or anything.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Talked to 2 different sales people that were no help at all. Called and spoke to a manager Doug Tirado. He penciled me the deal I agreed to purchase the vehicle, booked $770 dollars in flights to fly out and pick the vehicle up. The next day I see the truck on their website for $600 less and asked them to honor the website price. All of a sudden I get an email from Doug saying the vehicle sold to a “cash” buyer. When I tried to call the manager that penciled my deal (Doug) to see what the issue is and f... read more

Have made multiple attempts at contact via voicemail, emails, and phone calls have been made promises of being called back which unsurprisingly I have not received. Still can't get a simple question answered regarding status of my title and registration. Horrible post purchase support, complete 180 from the moment they got my cash. Should've gone elsewhere for my vehicle purchase. 1⭐️

Very disappointed in my experience. I have been emailing back and fourth for the past almost week getting all the info on the vehicle that I wanted. Go in today to look at it in person and go over numbers. First of all, the sales guy didn’t seem to know what he was talking about. Then the things I was told in the email were not thing that could happen. You also show different princes. Made an appointment to purchase a car. Had to drive over two hours to get there & I reserved a hotel room because of the time we'd be there. They text me five hours before to tell me that they decided to make an appointment before mine to sell the car I was going to buy.
