Rude lady on the phone and they didn’t have availability to look at just a simple oil leak for over half a month.... terrible service don’t waste your time.

drove 6 hours told the vehicle had no dents no scratches was in perfect condition. They're the vehicle had dents scratches a waste of $500 and my day would not recommend this dealership to anybody an experience people working for them. make sure you do your homework on this dealership before you buy a vehicle from them not recommended

I recently took my Silverado in due to a recall on the airbag. I was helped by Service Consultant Ron Roberts. When he was checking in my truck he noticed an engine trouble light was on. I declined the offer of checking the light because of the $140.00 charge. I told Mr.Roberts I would check it at home. He advised me that his computer reader would tell me EXACTLY what the issue was, and whatever reader I was going to use would only tell me there was a problem somewhere in my emissions. RecommendedI just bought a 2019 Canyon All Terrain-great experience from the salesman - Oh wait!!! Michael Hohl STILL hasn’t paid off the vehicle I sold them nearly a month ago!!!! GMC is a great product but if you value your credit history-GO to Reno!!!!

TERRIBLE! We made an online appointment for an oil change, drove a half an hour and was told "sorry youre not in our system". We will NEVER use this dealer again nor will we ever recommend them.

Worst possible customer service I have ever experienced. I had an airbag recall on on my truck and had them replace it back in November, they did an oil change at the same time. It was a 2 hour wait and I was told they had a shuttle that could take me to a shopping center to shop while I waited. I live in Fallon so I thought this was a great idea. Worst possible customer service - needed to have my tires rotated because the side of the front tires were worn more than the rear - didnt need any other service but they had a special that was for an oil change and tire rotation so I figured I'd get the oil changed anyway to get the tires rotated.
