Great people but service not 100 % detailed to quality. Last oil change they overfilled the oil, about a quart of oil. This last time they forgot to reinstall the air filter. I got a call when I got home and had to drive back to have it installed. They apologized but most dealerships would offer a free or discount service the next time for my inconvenience.
Pressured service sales. They are dishonest. Would not recommend even a handshake. Mark is the worst. Stay away.
Had to go back into the dealership multiple times because they forgot things that were needed at time of signing. Traded my car, said deal would be final by my payment date. Deal wasn't finalized until 7 days after my payment date on my trade in. Sent the payoff check to the wrong bank. Going on 20 days with a "late payment" on my trade in. Salesmen were nice, however overall awful experience.
Worst service department ever! We purchased our car and have gotten it fixed here but this appointment turned into a nightmare. My car was doing the same thing they had fixed in 2010. I live an hour away so I asked to have the part ready since it was doing the same problem and it takes a day to get a part. Chris asked me why I bought the car to them if I was going to diagnoses the car myself. The only thing about was the salesman, he was very good in what he had control of. BUT!!!! the parts department Said they had the new mirror, gave a time and date to be there. Oh well when I showed they did not have the mirror and the3y even said I was on the wrong day, it seems when you buy a exspensive vehicle and you as a dealer can not make your commitments something is wrong.
