They absolutely screwed my mother over. After they receive their payment they go ghost and do not stick to their word. They’re weasels. Save yourself some peach of mind and go elsewhere!

Beware - They do not stand by their work or repairs. How they have an A+ with the BBB is beyond me. Most recent repair lasted a day and now they won’t “do business” with their customers. Maybe they should stand by their products, then people wouldn’t have to share/slam their social media trying to keep their business afloat and vehicles running more than 24 hours. purchased a brand new 2018 Chevy 3500 Duramax diesel in December of 2018. Starting in March of 2020, while still under warranty, at 75,000 miles I began to have ongoing problems with the exhaust system. I was charged $1100 for the repair because supposedly the issue was a sensor which had just stopped being covered under the warranty. In May of 2020 the same problem happened. Michael Hohl Chevy Buick GMC Cadillac, is this truly the way you treat your customers? The Rios family delivers hay to a lot of horse owning people who rely on them. Their business is essential to their family’s survival in these difficult times, how can you continually charge them for the same repairs and keep their vehicle for such lengthy periods. You should do what’s right here and get their vehicle fixed free of charge.

I took my truck on octubre the 7th got it back on the 10th for a sensor it had the engine light on they charge me one thousand and 74 dollars on the 11 the engine light was on again I took pictures took it back to your shop again supposedly it was other sensor to fix it 300 dollars more like did you fixit the first time I guess not I have tell my friends and family members do not take your cars truck there

They inflate the price and to fix the numbers so it looks like you’re getting a good price. They ran our credit without our permission

has gone down in service over the last 5 years wouldn't recommend to anyone can't ever get anyone to ever call you back. same type of vehicle I purchased from Carson dodge with way better service Michael hohl needs to keep in mind this still is a small town

In good faith we bought a used 2016 Ford 150 - selling a used vehicle ALL dealers are supposed to do pre purchase inspection. The Infotainment system needed an update and they refused to make the repairs. After much negotiation we took it across the street to the Ford garage. The part cost $700+ and labor cost $440. I had to pay for labor and Hohl refused to reimburse. Cheap very cheap, poor business
