Michael Hohl has the worst service period
Service was good, but they did tint my front side windows. I couldn't understand why I couldn't pick the color, I would've thought they would've matched the back windows. To me the ones they did are too light. would've liked it Another shade darker probably.. but like I said, they didn't give me a choice. They just did the work.
Honestly I was a little disappointed this time. After arriving home and leaving the vehicle parked for awhile, I noticed a fair amount of oil had dripped on my driveway and an oily glove print on the front of my hood. I used baking soda to absorb the oil on the driveway. Looking underneath the vehicle, I noticed oil dripping from protection plate under the engine. Dripping stopped after a couple of days.
Service was accomplished quickly and wheels rotated, but pressures were set at 38 lbs all around. I haven't checked the torque settings yet, but will because I have have a problem with broken studs as a result of over tightening the lug nuts, once at Discount tire and once at the Ontario dealer in Southern California. I came into your shop for repairs. 6 broken studs!
The service adviser was rude, the dealership ad say no appointment needed yet the service adviser said it was neede, the dealership should make up there minds one way or the other, they advertised oil change for $69.99 yet it cost me $110.27 for the oil change what gives??

They never reset the thing in car so I can tell when oil change is due
Don't like having to write something when the rating will do.
not at all happy with auto butler, left mark and removed clear coat removing sap that this product was supposed to protect from. Looks terrible!!!
