They claimed I had a cracked radiator and that it was, "ready to blow". Turns out, the top hose needed to be replaced. They also claimed my cat was clogged and needed to be replaced. They then asked if I wanted to keep the car, essentially saying the car was toast. After getting a second opinion, their dubious histrionics were exposed. User beware. Shame, shame, shame.
I enjoy taking my vehicle to Michael Hohl Subaru; however, there was a tire ordered under my name, and I did not ask for it or need it. Now there is a note on my CarFax record that I had tire damage and a repair. When none are true.

It took at least a year for an update we needed for our Outback. We always got the runaround and when we asked about it they were just rude.
It took at least a year for an update we needed for our Outback. We always got the runaround and when we asked about it they were just rude.
We spent two days trying to update the GPS...without success. We took the Crosstrek into service and asked to have the update done. We were told your service department could not perform the update. We were also told that our problem trying to update the GPS is not unique. That same weekend I updated our Garmin GPS in about 15 minutes. Any suggestions?
