Made appointment for 2pm to change oil. Dropped car off hour early. Came back at 3 to pick.up. car was just getting ready to go in. So much for an appointment.
Positive: Convenient to make appointments Pleasant place to hang out Shuttle around town Negative: Hard sell on new (and inappropriate choice given that we live at 7500' steep hill, loads of snow) tires Refused to honor Bridgestone tire warranty even though they an authorized Bridgestone dealer. Tires have 70k warranty, 33k miles on car, had to go to another tire dealer to get credit towards another set of tires
My car trunk switch on the left side of the car does not work. I have to leave the trunk "open" just so I don't have to bend down to put the key in to unlock it. I'm 86 years old - that's difficult for me. When I asked them to fix it a few years ago, they said they didn't know how!!
Great mechanical service but a new guy was checking me in - very nice and personable but failed to let me know my vehicle was ready - waited over two hours and then I walked around and happened to notice it was parked in the lot - it was done in about 40 minutes - then I had to ask someone else to help with check out as he was overwhelmed - again nice guy but quite frankly cost me a lot of time

My car was done in 20 minutes and I wasn't told about it being done for an hour and a half later. They didn't reset my reminder either. I have never had issues in the past and hope this is a one off situation
Took 26 days and they ordered abs installed wrong parts. Told me to come pick up my car and that it was ready and when I showed up it had not been serviced yet so that wasted a few hours out of my day. Overall terrible service, Michael hohl blew it big time! Never taking my car here again

They claimed I had a cracked radiator and that it was, "ready to blow". Turns out, the top hose needed to be replaced. They also claimed my cat was clogged and needed to be replaced. They then asked if I wanted to keep the car, essentially saying the car was toast. After getting a second opinion, their dubious histrionics were exposed. User beware. Shame, shame, shame.
