Didnt do a alignment, said I would have parts coming in in 3 days to do the alignment, its been over 2 weeks and havent heard anything from them.

The service happened on 12/21/2021. It was unsatisfactory as I was told several off the wall "reasons" for the occurrence. 1) Parked outdoors during the cold; 2) I need to store the key fob 100+ feet away from the car; 3) key fob and car are talking to each other and draining the battery; 4) I don't drive it enough. car is back at the dealership - same problem - Battery dead 1/3; towed in 1/4; 1/9 still there.

Stay away from Michael Hohl in general. Took my car in for monthly maintenance and was told everything was great including my tires. Fast forward to not even 5days later and bam flat tire. I changed my tire with my donut and took my car in the next morning to Michael Hohl Subaru. They told me first it was my rim and I need to replace my tire. Then they tell me oh its not the rim its just flat? But we need $300 even though we told you less than a week your tires were fine. Awful customer servic
