I have been taking my Subaru there the last few years and I think this service will be my last. I have done every maintenance and everything they have told me to do. I recently got the 90k service tune up my last oil change. This next oil change a few months later I got told my engine had a leak inside and was gonna be over 3K to fix. How did this happen 3 months? After taking it to another mechanic they stated this problem should've been found a long time ago and did not just happen.

Serving fine. Keeping me informed about when the car would be done - poor. First it would be ready by noon, then when I asked "it was ready they were just checking it", waited and waited.
It didn't go well. I bought the car and took it back to them due to minor misunderstanding that came with it.

It was a recall service...waited for an hour and half as promised... The service advisor was as friendly but didn't keep me updated as promised during the hour and half wait as he told me he was going to do.... I was surprised that the dealership didn't call me on the recall...it was Carfax ...I bought the Subaru at the Carson Subaru in 2022...Hm!
Service was very good, service rep was great. The atmosphere in the showroom, however, is pure frat house bro culture. I was planning to look for a new car while I was waiting but got the distinct impression that unless my husband was along I was out of luck!
